Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ExpoKits website and the services we provide. ExpoKits provides exhibition-related services including custom exhibition stall design, fabrication, branding, printing, transportation, installation, dismantling, rental and display solutions.

By using this website, submitting an enquiry, approving a quotation or design, or engaging ExpoKits, you agree to these terms.

Website Usage

You agree to provide accurate information and to use this website lawfully. You must not attempt unauthorised access, copy website content without permission, interfere with website functionality, introduce malicious code or use the website for an unlawful purpose.

Services

Our services may include custom exhibition stall design, fabrication, modular exhibition systems, trade show booths, branding and graphics, printing, furniture and display elements, lighting, electrical arrangements, transportation, installation, dismantling, rental exhibition solutions and related event support.

The actual scope is defined by the approved quotation, proposal, bill of quantities, design and work order for each project.

Enquiries & Quotations

Website enquiries do not constitute confirmed orders. Quotations are prepared using information supplied by the client. Final pricing depends on the approved design, dimensions, materials, venue, location, event dates, installation requirements, logistics and other project requirements.

Quotations may have a stated validity period. Work begins only after the required commercial approvals and payment or advance conditions are completed.

Pricing & Payments

Applicable prices, taxes including GST where applicable, and payment milestones are stated in the quotation or work order. Additional work or scope changes may result in additional charges.

Venue-related charges, electricity, permissions, passes, overtime, storage, transportation and other third-party charges may be charged separately where applicable.

Design & Artwork

The client is responsible for supplying accurate logos, brand guidelines, text, images, product information, dimensions and artwork files. Production may proceed after client approval.

Changes requested after design or artwork approval may result in additional costs and changes to the agreed timeline.

Manufacturing & Production

Production starts according to the approved design and specification. Minor variations in colour, texture, material appearance, printing or physical dimensions may occur as a result of manufacturing and printing processes.

Where a particular material or specification is critical, it should be expressly identified in the approved quotation.

Delivery & Installation

Installation depends on venue access, organiser rules, installation time slots, site readiness, electricity availability and loading or unloading permissions. ExpoKits is not responsible for delays caused by venue authorities, organisers, transport restrictions, force majeure or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Client Responsibilities

The client must provide timely approvals, content, artwork, product information, venue details, access permissions, required documents and payment. The client is responsible for ensuring that supplied content, trademarks, photographs and other materials do not infringe third-party rights.

Changes & Cancellation

Changes after design approval may incur additional charges. Changes close to the event date may affect delivery and installation timelines.

Cancellation terms depend on the project stage and the agreed quotation or work order. Costs already incurred for design, materials, fabrication, printing, transportation, labour or venue-related services may be non-refundable where applicable.

Intellectual Property

ExpoKits retains rights in its original designs, concepts, templates, layouts, photographs and proprietary materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. The client retains ownership of its trademarks, logos, brand assets and content.

The client grants ExpoKits permission to use supplied materials solely to perform the contracted services.

Photography & Portfolio

ExpoKits may photograph completed exhibition work for portfolio, marketing and promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing before the event or project. We will not intentionally disclose confidential client information.

Third-Party Services

Some services may involve exhibition organisers, venues, transport providers, printing vendors, rental suppliers or electrical contractors. Subject to applicable law and the specific contractual arrangement, ExpoKits is not responsible for independent failures or delays of third parties beyond its reasonable control.

Warranty & Defects

Please notify ExpoKits promptly about material defects or workmanship issues. Any warranty is subject to the agreed quotation or work order and applicable law.

Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modification or damage caused by third parties are not automatically manufacturing defects.

Limitation of Liability

ExpoKits' liability is subject to applicable Indian law and the specific agreement between ExpoKits and the client. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Force Majeure

ExpoKits will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemics or pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, civil disturbances, transportation disruption, venue closure, organiser cancellation, power failures or similar events.

Privacy

Personal information submitted through this website may be handled according to the ExpoKits Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of India. Any dispute will be addressed in accordance with the applicable law and the specific agreement between ExpoKits and the client.
